What does your organisation need to proceed with next?

A strategy day. A team-building experience. An interactive conference session. A meaningful way to begin the year, close it out or bring your people together around what comes next.

Whatever you are juggling, there is a workshop designed to help.

Proceed With offers a growing menu of high-energy, hands-on workshop experiences spanning sustainability, leadership, creativity, strategy and impact. Choose from an established workshop package, explore one of the newer Proceed With experiences, or work with me to tailor something around your organisation, your people and the moment you are navigating.

And yes—you can still proceed with the beads.

The Bead & Proceed workshops I am best known for remain a core part of what I offer, alongside a growing range of new Proceed With experiences!

What’s on the workshop menu?!

Discover and harness your unique Impact Patch with Proceed with Impact!

Every person brings a distinct combination of experiences, strengths, ideas, values and perspectives to their work. Proceed With Impact uses the Impact Patch framework to help participants recognise that combination, understand the impact they are uniquely positioned to make and consider how it can be strengthened through their role and their organisation. The workshop helps individuals articulate the value they bring while giving organisations a deeper understanding of the capability, potential and ideas already present within their people. It is a powerful experience for organisations wanting to build confidence, strengthen connection, support emerging leaders and create environments where people can contribute at their best.

Ideal for: leadership development, graduate programmes, emerging leaders, team development and organisations wanting to better understand and harness the potential of their people.

  • What you’ll get

  • Strategic grounding and baseline insight: A light-touch pre-work phase connects the workshop to your organisation’s strategy, priorities, pressures and people. This ensures the experience is relevant, targeted and focused on what matters most.

  • A high-energy introduction: The workshop begins with an engaging presentation introducing the Impact Patch™ framework and the four Cs: Clarity, Creativity, Capability and Courage. This builds shared language, sparks fresh thinking and creates momentum from the outset.

  • Guided reflection and discovery: Through a series of powerful prompts and activities, participants explore their influence, strengths and opportunities for growth. They use the unique Impact Patch™ framework to define the impact they are uniquely positioned to make.

  • A tangible commitment: Each participant turns their Impact Patch™ statement into something they can hold onto, stitching it into a patch made from recycled wool. The finished keyring becomes a personal reminder of the impact they want to make and the commitment to keep acting on it.

  • Collective insight and integration: Individual impact is brought together to tell a bigger story. Bridget weaves the remaining patches into a collaborative mural, creating a powerful visual symbol of what becomes possible when people combine their strengths and act with intention. Your organisation also receives a tailored follow-up report capturing the workshop’s key insights, themes and participant data.

  • Impact follow-through: A post-workshop check-in explores what has shifted, how the experience has landed and which actions will help sustain momentum. This creates space to embed the learning, strengthen accountability and continue growing your collective impact.

Get clear on how you want to move forward - Proceed With Intention

Proceed With Intention creates the space to pause, reflect and decide how you want to approach the chapter ahead. It is particularly powerful at the beginning of a year, but it can be experienced whenever your people are entering a meaningful moment of change: launching a strategy, beginning a new programme, bringing a leadership team together or preparing for a significant transition. Through guided reflection and creative exercises, participants develop a clear one-word intention, refine what it means and explore the practical tools that will help them live it.

Ideal for: leadership teams, team planning days, change programmes, new-year workshops, retreats and organisations entering a new phase.

Proceed With Intention is also offered as a public workshop in a beautiful setting at the beginning of each year. The experience can also be brought into your organisation and tailored to your team, your context and the chapter you are preparing to enter. An online version for individuals is also in development.

  • What you’ll get

  • A guided clarity experience: A thoughtfully facilitated workshop exploring the connection between clarity, creativity and meaningful action. Participants are introduced to powerful concepts that help them slow down, make space and focus on what matters most.

  • Practical tools for moving forward: Participants work through tools including the Clarity Audit and ABC Principle, alongside guided reflection activities that help them identify, refine and strengthen their one-word intention.

  • A handmade reminder of their intention: Each person paints their chosen word onto a sustainably sourced fabric noren, using paint from The Natural Paint Co. Inspired by the traditional Japanese doorway curtain, it becomes a beautiful physical reminder of the threshold they have chosen to cross and how they want to proceed through it.

  • A workbook to return to: Every participant receives a practical workbook capturing the workshop’s key concepts, exercises and tools, giving them something tangible to revisit as they continue living their intention.

Connect your people with sustainability - Bead & Proceed Epic

The original Bead & Proceed experience and still one of the most powerful ways to introduce people to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. This fully facilitated two-to-three-hour workshop combines a high-energy presentation with the signature Bead & Proceed activity. Each participant identifies the Sustainable Development Goals that matter most to them, paints five wooden beads in their chosen SDG colours and creates a personal call to action. Following the workshop, I bring the ideas, commitments and insights generated by your people together in a beautifully designed report. This gives your organisation valuable feedback while helping turn an engaging experience into meaningful next steps.

Ideal for: team development, sustainability engagement, leadership groups, graduate programmes, strategy days and organisations beginning their sustainability journey.

  • What you’ll get

A high-energy SDG deep dive: A powerful, engaging presentation covering the history of sustainable development, how organisations can use and report against the SDGs, and how to identify the five goals that matter most to you. Expect to laugh, feel inspired and leave impressively geeked-up on the SDGs.

The signature Bead & Proceed activity: Participants break into groups of five to seven and create a five-bead necklace or keyring using the colours of the SDGs they feel most called to act on. As they paint, they share ideas, explore why their goals matter and identify practical ways to bring them to life.

A powerful follow-up report: The ideas, commitments, photos and data gathered during the workshop are brought together in a tailored report. It reveals your organisation’s five most-selected SDGs and provides practical recommendations for strengthening sustainability from here.

Impact built into every detail: Bead & Proceed partners with Silence, a World Fair Trade Organisation member based in Kolkata, India. Silence provides safe, quality employment for skilled artisans with hearing, speech and physical disabilities. Their team creates our recycled-paper kits, while talented woodcarvers transform reclaimed pallets and timber diverted from landfill into the beads and brushes used in every workshop. We also use paint from The Natural Paint Co., with every square metre painted helping to protect a square metre of Amazon rainforest. Through our one-for-one model, every kit purchased also provides another for a deserving school or community organisation. So, simply by taking part in Bead & Proceed, your team is already helping create positive impact.
