1. Pause: Creating Space with Yohaku
Begin by slowing down and noticing what is taking up space in your mind, calendar and everyday life. You’ll explore the Japanese concept of Yohaku, intentional empty space, and complete a gentle Clarity Audit to identify where your attention is disappearing and where a little more breathing room could make a meaningful difference.
-
2. Clear: Reclaiming Your Attention
Mental clutter often comes from the small things we keep carrying: unfinished tasks, postponed decisions and habits that quietly drain us. In this module, you’ll explore practical clarity practices, including A.B.C., Admin Burden Complete, and Morning Pages, to close open loops, protect your attention and create more space for what matters.
-
3. Notice: What Is Holding You and Pulling You?
Clarity often begins by noticing the tension between where you are and where you feel drawn to go. Using the Rubber Band Model, you’ll explore the responsibilities, fears and expectations holding you in place, alongside the values, ideas and possibilities pulling you forward. This module will help you listen more closely to what that tension may be telling you.
-
4. Create: Reconnecting with Your Creative Energy
Creativity is more than making art. It is how we solve problems, connect ideas, imagine alternatives and respond when life does not go to plan. You’ll explore the relationship between attention, wellbeing and creativity, discover the conditions that help your ideas flourish and begin building a creative practice that works with your life.
-
5. Begin: Embracing Creative Averageness
Perfectionism can keep meaningful ideas trapped in our heads. This module introduces Creative Averageness, giving yourself permission to begin before you feel completely ready. Through wabi-sabi and your Creative Process Archetype, you’ll learn to work with your natural creative style, make room for imperfection and take an intentionally average first step.
-
6. Proceed: Choose the Intention You Will Walk Through
Bring everything together by choosing one word to guide how you want to move through your next season. You’ll define what your intention means, identify how you will practise it and transform it into a Japanese-inspired noren using the materials in your workshop kit, creating a physical reminder of the intention you want to walk through each day.
