Proceed With Impact - Help your attendees discover the impact only they can make
Proceed With Impact transforms a powerful personal-development workshop into an immersive conference experience, combining an energising keynote, a reflective Impact Station, hands-on creativity and a collaborative artwork created throughout your event. Attendees leave with greater clarity about what they bring to the world, a practical framework they can continue using and a meaningful keepsake that reminds them to put their impact into action.
1. An energising keynote
Bridget introduces the idea of an Impact Patch: the unique contribution each person is best placed to make through their strengths, values, experiences and influence. She then unpacks the four Cs that help people identify and activate it: Clarity. Creativity. Capability. Courage. The keynote gives attendees a fresh way to think about their work, leadership and everyday choices, while introducing the framework they can explore throughout the event.
2. A reflective Impact Station
Throughout the conference, attendees can visit the Impact Station and work through the Impact Patch framework using a printed worksheet or a digital version accessed by QR code. They can begin the process during the event, return to it between sessions or take it away to complete afterwards, once the ideas and conversations from the conference have had time to settle. Bridget is there to answer questions, help people connect the dots and guide them towards a clear Impact Patch statement.
3. A creative space to pause and connect
The Impact Station also includes a hands-on sewing experience using patches created from recycled wool. The tactile process gives attendees a quiet place to slow down, reflect and connect more naturally with the people around them. It offers a welcome pause from information-heavy sessions while still contributing to the deeper purpose of the event. Each attendee can divide their patch into pieces: one to keep, one to join with another attendee’s patch and, if they choose, one to contribute to the collective artwork. By stitching two pieces together, attendees can create a shared keepsake with someone they have connected with and invite that person to become an accountability buddy beyond the event.
4. A collaborative artwork created in real time
Throughout the conference, Bridget stitches the contributed pieces into a patchwork artwork, allowing attendees to watch it grow as more people take part. Each piece represents an individual Impact Patch. Woven together, they become a visual expression of what is possible when people understand their own contribution and combine it with the strengths, ideas and energy of others. The completed artwork is presented at the close of the event as a meaningful record of the community gathered in the room.
5. A personal reminder to take forward
Attendees can also turn their own recycled-wool patch into a small keyring keepsake, with their Impact Patch statement tucked inside. It becomes a tangible reminder of what they discovered, the commitment they made and the impact they want to continue creating long after the conference ends.

An optional, anonymised Impact Report can bring together the themes shared through the framework, helping organisers understand the strengths, values, capabilities and areas of influence represented across their audience. 1. A high-energy sustainability keynote
The experience begins on stage with an engaging keynote exploring the intersection of sustainability, creativity and impact. Bridget introduces the Sustainable Development Goals as a global framework, while tailoring the wider conversation to the audience in the room, the theme of the event and the sustainability challenges or opportunities most relevant to them. Whether the focus is leadership, climate action, innovation, wellbeing, the future of work or something entirely bespoke, the keynote is shaped to help people see sustainability differently, make meaningful connections and consider the role they can play in creating positive change.
2. The Bead & Proceed Creativity Station
Throughout the event, attendees can visit the Bead & Proceed Creativity Station, where all 17 SDG colours are laid out using sustainable paint from Natural Paint Co. Through our partnership, for every square metre of paint used, a square metre of Amazon rainforest is protected. Attendees choose the Goal that resonates most with them and their work, paint a bead in that colour, and share how they are contributing towards it. The station becomes a vibrant, hands-on touchpoint between sessions… creating space to reflect, connect, spark conversations and contribute to the collective impact of the event.
3. An interactive beaded artwork
Every bead painted at the Creativity Station becomes part of a beautiful collective artwork, woven together by Bridget throughout the event in real time. The piece is both a creative way to capture sustainability data and a powerful symbol of how our diverse actions, ideas and contributions can be woven together to create positive change. As the conference unfolds, attendees can return to watch the artwork grow and literally see their collective impact taking shape. The finished piece is accompanied by a special plaque explaining its symbolism, with the option to present the artwork at the close of the conference… beautifully bookending the experience and leaving behind a lasting reminder of the impact created together.
4. A tailored Impact Report
And the experience doesn’t end when the event does.
Following the conference, Bridget collates the insights gathered through the Creativity Station and artwork into a tailored Impact Report, capturing the SDGs your audience connected with most, the themes that emerged and the actions and aspirations they shared. It means you leave with more than a memorable event experience. You also gain a snapshot of what matters to your people and what are the sustainability strengths and opportunities for the related industry! The organisers are welcome to circulate the report to the attendees too.
