The Proceed Programme
Think of this as the crème de la crème Proceed With experience.
The Proceed Programme is a highly personalised three-month coaching experience built around you: where you are now, where you want to go, and what might help you get there. We’ll work together one-on-one, with regular coaching shaped around your schedule, alongside online sessions with brilliant guest speakers, thinkers and facilitators I handpick specifically for what you’re exploring.
At the heart of the programme is my Impact Patch framework and the four Cs: Clarity, Creativity, Capability and Courage.
We might work on getting much clearer about who you are, what you’re brilliant at and what you actually want next. We might build your creative intelligence and uncover the conditions, practices and tools that help you do your best thinking. We might strengthen your capability for navigating uncertainty, grow your AQ and give you practical frameworks for working and leading in a fast-changing world. Or perhaps you’re standing at the edge of a reinvention and need the courage, confidence and support to actually move.
We can explore sustainability, leadership, creativity, change, optimism, strengths, values, the Empowered Triangle, getting out of the rush-and-rut cycle and plenty more. Because this isn’t an off-the-shelf course where everybody receives the same thing.

Maybe your workplace had me in for a workshop. Maybe you’ve heard me speak, taken one of my courses, or stumbled across a resource somewhere on this website that made something click. And now you’re thinking… actually, I could do with a little more of this in my life.

This is where you can go all in. Becoming a Proceeder is an ongoing membership for people who want to keep investing in their clarity, creativity, capability and courage, with the tools, resources, conversations, community and support to actually weave those things into the way they live, work and lead. And because I want this to feel genuinely personal, Proceeder memberships will always be intentionally limited. I’ll only work with a small number of Proceeders at any one time, so there is space for meaningful coaching, proper conversations and a community where people actually get to know one another.
